OCSO: Investigators asking for public help finding woman reported missing in April

ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office investigators are asking for the public’s help finding a woman who was reported missing on April 28, says the sheriff’s office.

Investigators say Felicia Felder was last seen leaving her Santee home off Harvard Lane on April 17.

She was last seen wearing a red shirt, khaki capri pants, and black slides.
