Irmo Fire, Lexington County EMS working vehicle vs building incident

IRMO, S.C. (WOLO)– Irmo Fire and Lexington County EMS personnel are on the scene of a vehicle versus building incident on St. Andrews Road, say officials.

Irmo Fire District says a vehicle ran into a building in the 6100 block of St. Andrews Road.

The incident caused substantial damage to the building.

Additionally, officials say the driver and two building occupants received minor injuries.

Crews are remaining at the scene to ensure the building is safe once the car is removed.
