Fairfield County coroner identifies pedestrian who died after Sunday collision

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The Fairfield County Coroner’s Office says Coroner Chris Hill had identified the pedestrian who died after a fatal vehicle vs. pedestrian collision on Sunday.

According to Coroner Hill, Kelvorius Epperson, 28, of Sumter died from his injuries at MUSC Fairfield Emergency Department.

The collision happened at Molly Creek Landing/Lake Wateree in the Ridgeway area.
