Community leaders hosts ‘Revival of the Vote’ rally

Columbia, SC(WOLO) — Community leaders with the Columbia branch N.A.A.C.P held a rally Thursday at the Martin Luther Park encouraging the public to get out and vote.

It was all part of the “Revival of the Vote” rally which comes ahead of the 2026 Midterm election season. The GOP currently holds a supermajority in Congress.

The ministerial movement also hopes to make use of the church community to help with the cause and as Columbia Branch President Oveta Glover says, there are many other ways voters can stay informed when casting their ballot.
