Police: Second suspect arrested in June shooting

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)– Columbia Police  say a second suspect is in custody in connection with a shooting on Trenholm Rd. on June 18th.

Investigators say Keshawn Potter is charged with attempted murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

According to police Potter and his co-defendant Rymyro Simmons are accused of shooting a man several times.

Police say the motive remains under investigation.
