Police: Suspects took elderly woman’s wallet from the basket of her wheelchair
Lexington, S.C. (WOLO)– Lexington Police say they are looking for two men who are accused of taking a wallet from an elderly woman at Walmart.
Investigators say they took it out of the basket of her wheelchair.
According to police the suspects went to Lowe’s and used the card to make $4,000 in fraudulent purchases.
Investigators say they were driving a red Dodge Journey with a fake “test drive” tag and a black Jeep with a fake plate of DMV 5916.
