Coroner identifies Chain Gang Road victim

RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford has identified the victim of a fatal shooting that happened on Monday, said the coroner’s office.

The shooting happened on Monday, June 30, in the 1500 block of Chain Gang Road.

According to Coroner Rutherford, the victim was identified as Dale Segura, 60, of Eastover.
