Riverbanks Zoo and Garden new tiger

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Riverbanks Zoo and Garden has a new resident prowling its tiger habitat.

Officials with the zoo say Suci a two-year-old Sumatran tiger is making herself right at home.

Suci was born at the Memphis Zoo in 2023.

Officials say her arrival is part of a collaborative effort through the Sumatran tiger species survival plan as they are critically endangered.
