Job Opening: Evening News Anchor

ABC Columbia News-WOLO TV, has an immediate opening for an experienced Evening News Anchor in the capital city of Columbia, S.C.
Must be able to anchor, report and produce newscasts.
This weekday evening position requires candidate to work with a producing team to engage viewers during ABC Columbia News at 5 p.m., 6 p.m., and 11 p.m. in the studio and live in the field.
Must be able to anchor newscasts solo or with the co-anchor, edit video content, and write content for website and social media platforms.
The qualified candidate should be a newsroom leader with excellent storytelling, producing and live skills.
We are looking for a talented, hardworking professional who can anchor, engage, write, edit and work under pressure.
5 years anchoring, producing experience preferred. Degree in Journalism or Communications preferred.
