Coroner identifies person who died after Two Notch Road collision
RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County Coroner Naida Rutherford has identified the person who died after a fatal Saturday collision, said the coroner’s office.
Officials said the collision happened on Saturday, July 12, on Two Notch Road near Decker Boulevard.
Coroner Rutherford identified the person as Carolyn V. Collins, 64, of Columbia.
“Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family. We will continue working with the South Carolina Highway Patrol to fully investigate this collision,” Coroner Rutherford states.
The case is still under active investigation.
