CRFD second shift crews respond to reports of active Monday afternoon leak

 

 

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– CRFD says second shift crews responded to reports of an active leak on Monday afternoon.

Columbia-Richland Firefighters say they were able to contain the scene at Ashewood Commons Drive until repairs could be made to the cut natural gas line.

The department is reminding people if you ever think you smell the odor of natural gas in your home, get outside and call 9-1-1 immediately.
