FDA recalls ground beef product
(CNN)– Be cautious before firing up the grill this weekend.
More than 1,000 pounds of frozen ground beef from “Ada Valley Meat Company” have been recalled.
A consumer reportedly found tiny pieces of metal inside the meat.
The FDA says the beef was sent to distributors in five-states: California, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.
No related injuries have been reported.
Consumers are advised to return the beef to the place of purchase.
