NCSO: People asked to not drive through ponding waters, as heavy rains cause severe flooding

NEWBERRY COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Newberry County Sheriff’s Office is asking people to not drive through ponding waters, as heavy rains cause severe flooding in the area.

Deputies say the Wheeland Section has several sections down.

Also, deputies say driving through the severe flooding is dangerous.
