Drinkmate recalls 100k bottles due to safety hazard
(CNN)– Drinkmate is recalling more than 100-thousand of its one-liter carbonation bottles.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the bottles can explode during use… posing a potential safety hazard.
The CPSC says there have been at least 8 reports of bottle explosions resulting in some injuries.
Consumers are advised to stop using the bottles and contact Drinkmate for a replacement.
The bottles were sold nationally from April 2023 through October 2024.
