UPDATE: Columbia Animal Services says Noel has been adopted to her new forever family!

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – Columbia Animal Services has a new doggy looking for a forever home!

Noel is an 11-month-old cutie who is great with other dogs, heartworm negative and ready to be your best buddy.

In honor of the Clear the Shelters campaign, all adoption fees are waived this month!
