AG’s Office: Midlands man facing charges in connection with the sexual exploitation of a minor

SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF A MINOR 3RD DEGREE SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF A MINOR 2ND DEGREE

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– A Midlands man is facing charges in connection with the sexual exploitation of a minor.

According to the Attorney General’s Office Hunter West was arrested after investigators received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Investigators say West distributed and possessed files containing child sexual abuse material.

Authorities say West was previously convicted on similar charges last year.
