Serve & Connect holding fundraiser for SC Trooper LaBounty

 

 

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)— A non-profit has set up a fundraiser for a trooper struck in the line of duty.

The campaign to raise $20,000 will remain open through November 30.

Master Trooper Wayne LaBounty is still recovering after being struck by a vehicle during a traffic stop in Lexington County, Tuesday, September 9.

He’s the third trooper to be struck in the last month.

100% of funds raised will go directly to Master Trooper LaBounty and his family.
