Police:Two teens arrested in Forest Acres apartment shooting

Forest Acres, S.C. (WOLO)–  Police in Forest Acres say two teens have been arrested in a Thursday shooting.

Investigators say it happened at The Landings Apartments on Covenant Rd.

According to Police, just before 7:30 Thursday evening they responded to a 911 call at the complex.

When they arrived, authorities say they found a man who had been shot four times outside of his apartment.

Police say they set up a perimeter to catch the suspects, even shutting down a baseball game at nearby Trenholm Park.

Ultimately, police say Jaylon Holmes, 17, and Wendell Holmes, 17 were arrested and charged with Attempted Murder and Possession of a Weapon during a violent crime.

Investigators say the teens know the victim and believe the  shooting was an isolated incident.
