Behind the scenes of DEA Columbia

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– ABC Columbia got a look behind the curtain on Thursday in the fight against drug abuse in the Midlands.

Thursday morning, September 18, the Columbia office of the Drug Enforcement Administration allowed members of the media to get a first hand look at how the agency’s officers tackle the drug problem.

Officials also laid out what their priorities are when it comes to tackling fentanyl and other dangerous chemicals on South Carolina’s streets.

They say the key to prevention starts at home.
