Coroner identifies victim of fatal collision

 

 

 

LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The Lexington County Coroner’s Office has identified a victim of a two-vehicle collision Wednesday.

The coroner says at 1 p.m., 31-year-old Marcus Holmes Junior was traveling South on US-321 and Gardners Terrace Road when he was struck by another vehicle causing him to go off the road and hit a utility pole.

Holmes, who was wearing a seatbelt died at the scene.

The coroner’s office and SC Highway Patrol continue to investigate.
