City officials held ribbon cutting ceremony for Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– There’s something sweet in downtown Columbia.

Friday, September 19, city officials held a ribbon cutting ceremony for Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea on Park Street.

Officials say the locally owned business not only features coffee and tea but also sandwiches, pastries, and deserts.

The store’s owner says he is thrilled to be part of the downtown business community.

Sweetwaters Coffee and Tea is open seven days a week.
