Richland County Coroner identifies child killed during early Wednesday morning hit-and-run
RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– South Carolina Highway Patrol says pedestrian was killed early Wednesday morning in a hit-and-run collision on Bluff Road.
The collision happened around 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, October 1, near the intersection with Blackberry Road.
Highway Patrol say a pedestrian was walking across Bluff Road when they were hit by a 2008 Lexus sedan.
Richland County Coroner’s Office identified the person as Travis Kelley, 11, of Gadsden.
The pedestrian died at the scene due to injuries.
