FBI establishes digital media tipline for SC State University shooting investigations
ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The FBI Columbia field office has announced that a digital media tip line has been set up as law enforcement is seeking multi-media from the public in two shootings that happened on South Carolina State University’s campus last weekend.
While the shootings remain under investigation by the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED), the FBI is providing technical assistance with digital media analysis.
Anyone with cellphone video or any other multi-media recordings of the shootings is encouraged to upload media to www.fbi.gov/
Information outside of digital media may be provided to SLED at 866-472-8477 or tips@sled.sc.gov, according to officials.
