TGI Friday’s offering free food to TSA, Fed workers during government shut down

(CNN)– Air Traffic Control and Transportation Security Administration workers can eat free at TGI Friday’s during the government shutdown.

TSA and air traffic control employees who have been working without pay since October 1 can show their employee ID to get one free meal each day.

Menu options include a cheeseburger, chicken fingers, chicken sandwich, or chicken caesar salad.

TGI Friday’s has more than 80 locations across the United States, including at airports.

The offer runs through October 23.

If the shutdown ends before that date, the offer will end early.
