Pet of the Week: Meet Jagger!

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO) – Columbia Animal Services has a new Pet of the Week with plenty of swagger!

Jagger is a year old, he’s super friendly with other dogs and loves to gives kisses!

All this month, the shelter is hosting a Pick your Pumpkin special with a $31 adoption fee.
