Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey to put more videos on Youtube

(CNN)– The “greatest show on earth” is trying to boost its popularity.

Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey is putting more circus-based videos on Youtube.

Officials with the 154-year-old brand say the goal is to get children more interested in the circus so they want to see it in person.

In 2017 Ringling Brothers shuttered due to lower ticket sales and complaints from activists regarding the use of animals.

Two years ago the show returned without live animals and more emphasis on acrobatics.

The circus is set to hit the road on a national tour in January.
