Lexington County men arrested on child sexual abuse material charges
LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson says three men has been arrested on child sexual abuse material charges.
Trey Leviticus Sullivan, of Batesburg, Brandon Dwayne Bailey, of Pelion, and Rashaud Mandrell Price, of Lexington was arrested on a total of 6 charges connected to the sexual exploitation of minors.
The men were arrested on related cases.
Investigators received CyberTipline reports from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) which led them to Sullivan, Bailey, and Price.
Investigators state Sullivan and Price distributed files of child sexual abuse material, and Bailey possessed files of child sexual abuse material.
Trey Sullivan was arrested on October 10, and is charged with two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor (second degree) which is a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment on each count.
Brandon Dwayne Bailey was arrested on October 13, and is charged with three counts of sexual exploitation of a minor (third degree) which is a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment on each count.
Rashaud Price was arrested on October 16, and is charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a minor (second degree) which is a felony offense punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment.
These cases will be prosecuted by the Attorney General’s Office.
