ADP: Hiring slowly rebounding

(CNN)– Hiring in the U.S. private sector is on the rise, according to payroll provider ADP.

Officials there say roughly 57,000 jobs were added during the four-week stretch that ended on October 11.

That represents a bounce-back from September’s estimate that showed a drop of 32,000 positions in the private sector.

Although, some economic research is on hold due to the ongoing government shutdown, ADP says it will continue to release its monthly national employment report.
