OCSO: 2 students received minor puncture wounds after incident at high school

ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Orangeburg County deputies say an incident happened on a school campus on Wednesday.

Deputies say on Wednesday, October 29, around 12:45 p.m. an isolated incident happened on Orangeburg-Wilkinson High School (OWHS).

School and district officials, along with law enforcement, responded to the incident in accordance with Orangeburg County School District’s established safety procedures and protocols.

During the altercation between three students, two students sustained minor puncture wounds.

The sheriff’s office says the situation was quickly contained, the campus remained secure, and all students and staff were safe at all times.
