Huggies maker to buy Tylenol

 

 

(CNN)– Kimberly Clark, the maker of Huggies is buying Kenvue the parent company of Tylenol.

Company officials say this nearly $50 billion deal brings together ten major brands, and will push yearly revenue to $32 billion.

Other products in this acquisition include Kleenex and Listerine.

The transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2026.

Once it’s done, Kimberly Clark shareholders will have 54% of the combined company, with Kenvue shareholders owning the remainder.
