More than 200 CASH POP lottery tickets misprinted, refunds available

(WPDE) — The South Carolina Education Lottery announced a printing error affecting more than 200 tickets for Mondays CASH POP drawing.
Any card that is specified as ‘ALL’ will be refunded for the ticket price due to a South Carolina Code stating that prizes arising from a ticket produced or issued error must not be paid.
CASH POP tickets should say ‘DAY’ or ‘EVE’, not ‘ALL’.
The issue has been identified and fixed and sales have since resumed.
For a ticket refund, players are advised to mail the original CASH POP tickets, not a copied version, to S.C. Education Lottery, P.O. Box 11039, Columbia, SC 29211-1039. Officials said to put your name and return address to receive reimbursement.
Refund requests will not be accepted after Friday, Jan. 16, 2026.
