Holiday shipping deadlines

 

 

(CNN)– Christmas is right around the corner, so you might want to plan ahead if you’re shipping any gifts.

The shipping deadline for USPS ground and first-class mail to be delivered in the U.S. before Christmas Day is December 17.

The priority mail deadline is December 18.

That does not include addresses in Hawaii or Alaska.

FedEx recommends shipping between December 17 and December 23 for home delivery by Christmas Eve.

And UPS recommends shipping packages by December 19 for three-day select, or December 22 or December 23 for second or next day air.
