Netflix reassures customers after Warner Bros. deal

(CNN)– In the wake of the Netflix deal, the streaming giant is reassuring subscribers that nothing is changing at least for now.

Netflix sent an email to its subscribers Friday titled Welcoming Warner Brothers to Netflix.

In it they say, “Nothing is changing today and Netflix and Warner Brothers will continue operate separately until the deal closes.”

This was reiterated in a frequently asked questions section where Netflix said nothing is changing with a subscribers current plan.

Both companies have said they expect the deal to close later next year if it passes regulatory approval.
