Sumter man arrested after deputies find firearms, drugs
SUMTER COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– A Sumter man was arrested after deputies say they found him in possession of firearms and multiple narcotics.
Deputies with the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division were executing a search warrant at a Broad Street motel room on Friday, December 12.
During the search, deputies say suspected narcotics and a firearm was found.
Theodore Alexander Hardy was arrested and taken to the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center.
Hardy is facing drug trafficking charges and along with other charges.
His bond was denied, and he remains in custody pending trial, according to SCSO.
