20 new cases of measles confirmed in SC
COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Health officials say there are 20 new cases of measles in the state since Friday, Dec. 26.
The new cases now brings the total number of cases connected to the Upstate outbreak to 176.
It also brings the total number of reported cases to SCDPH in 2025 to 179.
SC Dept. of Public Health says there are currently 287 people in quarantine and two in isolation.
