FCSO: Owner of an Upstate boutique facing charges

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Deputies in Fairfield County say the owner of an Upstate boutique is facing charges in the Midlands.

Investigators say Pamela Schronce, owner of Thomas and Turner Boutique in Anderson County was arrested Thursday, Jan.1, 2026, and charged with obtaining goods under false pretences.

Deputies say the investigation stemmed from claims made by several people, including several on social media, of a scam connected with the boutique.

Investigators also say there may be more victims out there and encourage them to contact their local law enforcement agency.
