Orangeburg Co. coroner identifies person dead after house fire

ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Orangeburg County Coroner Sean Fogle has released the identity of the person who died after a house fire.

According to Coroner Fogle, the house fire occurred on Friday, January 2, 2026.

Lisa Cheeseboro, 58, of Gospel Hill Court, in Orangeburg, was pronounced dead at the scene.

An autopsy of Cheeseboro is scheduled.
