Orangeburg County deputies continue investigating Neeses woman’s murder

ORANGEBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Orangeburg County deputies are still investigating the murder of a Neeses woman who was identified last year.

Deputies say Cloe Williams was discovered on March 13 off of Highway Four.

Officials say the autopsy confirmed that she died as the result of a gunshot wound.

Williams was 23-years-old at the time she was reported missing in February 2024.
