LEXINGTON COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED) says a 26 man was charged with obtaining property under false pretenses, and forgery.

Lorenzo Fabio Constantin is accused of obtaining money under false pretenses.

SLED agents say he knowingly sold a 2019 Cheverolet Silverado Z71 to a victim for $25,500 in cash using a fraudulent Florida title.

The counterfeit title was used to conceal a lien.

Constantin was booked into the Lexington County Detention Center.
