Amazon Alexa to have better memory

(CNN)– Amazon has plans for its upgraded virtual assistant, Alexa+ to do a lot more than just play music.

Amazon launched the upgrade last year.

At the annual Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas last week, Amazon executives said they’re hoping the new Alexa will have a better memory.

Executives are also hoping it will remember things about you, like your favorite restaurants, and offer to book you a reservation.

Alexa.com just launched last week.

Those who sign up for early access to Alexa+ can chat with Amazon’s assistant on the website.
