Kershaw Co. coroner identifies 66-year-old dead after two-vehicle collision

KERSHAW COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Kershaw County Coroner David West has identified a man after a Wednesday two-vehicle collision.

According to officials, the collision took place on Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2026, around 4:10 p.m.

911 dispatch received a call about a traffic fatality.

Coroner West says Donald W. Truesdale was traveling south bound on Old Stagecoach Road (Hwy 15).

The collision is being investigated by the SC Highway Patrol, and the Kershaw Co. Coroner’s Office.
