RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– SC Highway Patrol says a pedestrian was killed last night in Richland County.

It happened after 8 p.m. on Garners Ferry Road near the intersection of Old Garners Ferry Road on Sunday, Feb. 15.

Troopers say a 2005 Toyota Sienna van struck the pedestrian.

The victim died at the scene from their injuries while the Toyota driver wasn’t hurt.

The Richland County Coroner’s Office has not released the victim’s identity as of yet, and the investigation continues.
