Cayce Police: Expect heavy traffic

CAYCE, S.C. (WOLO)– Cayce Police says people should avoid Charleston Highway and Airport Boulevard as there is heavy traffic in the area.

Police say the heavy traffic was reported on I-26 at Exit 115.

People in the area or expecting to head that way should plan alternate routes and allow extra travel time.

City of Cayce officials say there is a large diameter fiber optic cable down in the area.
