COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– A Bishopville lottery player says he’ll retire after winning $200,000, say lottery officials.

His decision came after scratching a $10 My Money Maker ticket that he picked out at the One Stop Food Mart on N. Main St. in Bishopville.

Lottery officials say it made him enough cash to put working in the past.

“I was excited,” he says while describing the moment he scratched off the ticket.

The odds of winning $200,000 in the My Money Maker game are 1 in 900,000.
