Mr. Clean mascot retiring
(CNN)– Mr. Clean says he’s retiring, according to social media posts attributed to the bald and brawny cartoon mascot.
He says he’s earned time off after more than 60 years of representing his namesake brand.
Procter and Gamble says that packaging for Mr. Clean products will stay the same.
The company says the retirement is tied to an upcoming announcement.
