Deputies: 79 year old accused in Tuesday shooting

Richland County deputies say they responded to a shooting Tuesday at noon.
Officials say they responded to a home on Goodwin Way in reference to someone being shot.
Deputies say the victim had a gunshot wound to the lower body and was taken to the hospital.
According to investigators, the accused shooter, Larry Brown, was arrested while trying to leave the area.
Deputies say Brown and the victim know each other and were in an argument prior to the shooting.
