Lieutenant Governor Pamela Evette files for governor’s race

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)– Lieutenant Governor Pamela Evette filed for the upcoming gubernatorial election this afternoon, March 26.

Evette has served as the state’s lieutenant governor since 2019.

Prior to her political career she was the CEO of Quality Business Solutions in the Upstate.

Evette says she is the best candidate to continue South Carolina’s trajectory of success.

She is one of six candidates seeking the republican nomination for governor.
