Kershaw Co. coroner identifies teen killed after ATV incident

KERSHAW COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– The Kershaw Co. Coroner’s Office is releasing information after a teen was killed on Monday, said the coroner’s office.

According to the coroner’s office, Cannon Turner, 13, of Ridgeway was pronounced dead after an ATV accident that happened in a wooded area off Buck Hill Road in Ridgeway.

Officials received report of the incident around 7:15 p.m. April 6.

The coroner’s office said Turner was a student at Lugoff-Elgin Middle School.
