Tom’s toothpaste settles lawsuit

(CNN)– If you’ve bought Tom’s Toothpaste sometime in the past six years, you may be eligible for a payout.

A class action lawsuit filed in December of 2025 accused the company of deceptive and misleading business practices.

Now a settlement has been reached, and Tom’s Toothpaste users are being told they may be entitled to compensation.

To qualify, you need to have purchased Tom’s Toothpaste products between November of 2020 and March of this year.

Anyone who wants to claim part of the settlement must do so by July 6th.

The company denies any wrongdoing, but agreed to the settlement to avoid the cost of trial.
