Fairfield County deputies searching for suspect accused in shooting that injured child

FAIRFIELD COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Fairfield County deputies are searching for a suspect accused in a shooting that injured a child.

20-year-old Raekwon Hollins is wanted on several charges including attempted murder.

According to investigators, two vehicles carrying seven people approached a home on Blair Circle where they got out and fired no fewer than 18 rounds in the home.

Deputies say a 7-year-old girl inside the home was hit in the leg.

She was taken to the hospital and has since been released.

Six people involved have been arrested.
